House Watch

This service provides physical visits to the property on a specified periodic bases. Whether your need is a weekly visit or a biweekly visit, we can put you at easy that your home is well. We for example visit the property every Thursday :
:: Check the perimeter on the outside for not only un-authorized entry but also to make certain that your Landscaper is doing a proper job, your sprinklers are working properly, your pool maintenance is performed to satisfaction and your roof has no loose tiles following a wind storm.
:: Check the interior of the home,

24 hour emergency response if alarm activates
Inspect for forced entry. Check all windows/doors for security.
*Check alarm for low voltage signal (possible battery replacement)
Check Smoke detectors for proper operation
Check A/C for proper operation
*Replace A/C filters every 60 days
Keep the A/C at 80F
Look for water leaks
Flush toilets
Inspect water heater
*Replace light bulbs where required

Report any discrepancies to owner and the Police department if warranted.
:: We document each visit with front and rear digital photos. Additional photos if we need to call you attention to a specific item.
Fee - $45 per visit

Hurricane Protection

When a hurricane is forecast, we visit the property well in advance to install storm panels, close shutters and take measure you instruct us to take such as bringing in outdoor potted plants and garden furniture to your garage. Our crew will secure your home the best we can with the materials you have on hand to weather through these adverse weather conditions.
Fee - $45 per hour

Home Preparation

When you tells us that you will be coming to stay in your home, we arrange for a professional Cleaning Company to vacuum, mop and dust. This way when you arrive, you can spend your time enjoying your stay from the first minute.
Cost - Depends on size of the property (Cleaning Company provides free estimates)

Shopping could be an additional chore which you may want to avoid. We can pick up your groceries and have your frig. loaded for your arrival.

Garden furniture and patio clean up is available. Arrive to a spotless lounging area...
